Audio 2 – Establishing the Coaching Agreement
We will be discussing the benefits of having a coaching contract for both you and your client. We will dive deep into this competency, using specific examples. The WHO route will allow you to guide the client’s personal discovery. This is a better option than the WHAT route. You will also find tips on how to show that you have established the MCC coaching agreement.
Audio 3 – Establishing Trust and Intimacy
In this module you will expand your awareness of the many direct and indirect ways you can create and sustain a highly respectful, safe, and supportive environment for your client’s process.
Audio 4 – Coaching Presence
As you all know, this is a crucial skill! It’s all about who you are being. This module will show you what your mentor or ICF assessor is looking for in terms of these key terms and the skills that they represent. “whole person,” “observant, empathetic, and responsive,” “curiosity,” “energy shifts,” etc.
Audio 5 – Active Listening
The The impact of our presence on others and the effectiveness of our coaching skills is greatly affected by our listening skills. You will learn tips to listen to clients at a deeper level, beyond what they actually say.
Audio 6 – Powerful Questioning
This module will teach you how to ask open-ended, empowered questions that help clients examine their underlying issues, behavior patterns, and ways of being. It will also help you find new ways of thinking that allow your client to focus on the outcome that matters most.
Audio 7 – Direct Communication
You will be able to master this skill by using language that has the highest positive impact on the client. You will learn how to make relevant contributions to the client’s learning and forward movement through your stated observations.
Audio 8 – Creating Awareness
The This competency focuses on client learning. You will increase your awareness of the many ways that you can help clients improve their self-esteem.-awareness, self-Discovering, and the learning process.
Audio 9 – Designing Actions, Planning & Goal Setting, Managing Progress & Accountability
This competency can be mastered to give you the ability to achieve the “power tools” This will help to anchor the session with clients and create success factors that can be used for their future growth. These examples will help you to apply the PCC Markers to this competency.
