The person in fear will be more capable of avoiding the bear, lion or snake, or any other experience that it may encounter.

Every time we attempt to make a positive change, our subconscious fears, negative emotions, past experiences, and past mistakes keep us from making it happen.

While the world has changed dramatically over the past few decades, our brains remain the same. Our brains are still driven by the primary objective of safety and survival.
