As the course begins, you’ll learn how befriending the dragon is a deep transformation process that requires intention and focus. By setting the tone and intention, we create a safe environment for growth and healing.

As Matthew will share, energy awareness provides a deeper understanding of the energetic system and its effect on physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. Module 2: Touching the Void to Ground in Emptiness & Become More Attuned to Your Inner Self & Intuition (August 15)

Learning to welcome an unencumbered state can transform your life.

As Matthew will explain, by intentionally shifting from the secular to the sacred, you can access your true radiant nature and gain a fresh perspective. Spending time in this unencumbered state allows you to become more attuned to your inner self so you can be guided by your intuition.

The benefits of this space extend into your everyday life, grounding you and fostering greater peace and fulfillment. Relationships become more harmonious as you connect more deeply with yourself and others.

Module 3: Watering the Roots of Your Practice to Develop a Deep Connection to the Earth & Tap Into a Greater Sense of Purpose (August 22)

As Matthew will share, as you cultivate this alliance, you’ll experience a deeper connection to yourself and a greater sense of purpose. The void becomes less daunting, and you become more comfortable with the unknown.

Matthew will explain how, when you live from your truth, you’re free from these constrictions, able to move through the world with kindness and understanding.

Module 5: Energetic Healing — Medical Qigong Practices to Cultivate Resilience & Dissolve the Obstacles in Your Life (September 5)

Discover the transformative power of self-healing Qigong practices, also known as Medical Qigong.

You’ll explore guided practices for dissolving blockages, cutting cords, and clearing channels — to help you seal your energy.

Through these practices, you’ll learn to identify areas where your energy is blocked and dissolve the obstacles holding you back. You’ll become more in tune with your body and more aware of your energetic state. As you work through these practices, you’ll cultivate greater resilience and radiance.

Learn to tune your body, mind, and spirit like a musician fine-tunes their instrument. In this practice, you’ll discover ways to tend to your body and tap into your needs each day.

By becoming more attuned to your body, you’ll identify areas where you need to focus your attention. You’ll learn techniques for addressing these needs and nourishing your whole being for optimal health and balance.

Tuning your body is a lovely way to start your day that evokes presence and joy. With daily practice, you’ll be able to fine-tune your instrument and experience greater harmony in your life.

In this session, you’ll discover:

  • A radiance meditation focusing on light and frequency
  • Mind-streaming meditation to watch your thoughts unwind without judgment, allowing you to be more present
  • Box breathing for relaxation and focus
  • Tuning into your body like an instrument via a morning practice and meditation to prepare your body for the day

Module 7: Carrying the Medicine to Gracefully Navigate Life’s Challenges as You Keep This Ancient Knowledge Alive (September 19)

As this course comes to a close, you’ll integrate new wisdom into your life and create lasting, positive change. You’ll learn how to develop habits that support your growth and keep your knowledge alive.
